Wildflowers

The wildflower gallery is arranged by submenu items, grouped by flower color.  Each flower color gallery (such as yellow flowers) is then arranged by flower shape, using the grouping scheme found in the Audubon Society’s field guides to North American wildflowers.  The wildflower shape types are Simple, Daisy- and Dandelion-like, Odd-shaped, Elongated Clusters, Rounded Clusters, Vines and Shrubs, Seeds and Fruit.  For instance, a black-eyed susan would be found in the Yellow Flowers gallery, grouped with the other Daisy- and Dandelion-like flowers.
